Cancellation + Returns Policy

WORKSHOP CANCELATIONS

If you are unable to attend a workshop on the date, you MUST inform me 1 week prior to the date of the workshop, to qualify for a refund. Any cancellations less than a week prior to the workshop are non-refundable. You may send another person along to attend in your place, provided you notify me directly and they bring along a copy of your purchase receipt.

Tickets are only transferrable to other dates if you notify us 1 week prior to the session in accordance with Yuup’s terms. All reasons for cancellation must be made within 1 week of the class starting to be eligible for a refund. All ticket sales are made via Yuup and so please refer to their terms when requesting refunds. Yuup will need to refund you or rebook in your session, Trylla do not have the ability to do this themselves.

I reserve the right to cancel or postpone workshops. In cases of unforeseeable circumstances like extreme weather, I will give as much notice as possible. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to low ticket sales, I will give a minimum of 3 days notice.

CLAY CLUB CANCELATIONS

Please do try let me know as soon as you can that you cannot attend, since the pandemic Clay Club has been running at a loss, but I have wanted to continue to provide the service for as long as I can. If you are unable to attend, I will try to sell your ticket on for you via Instagram to fill your spot and minimise the loss as much as I can for you. I am also happy for someone to attend the session in your place should you be unable to make it along, contact me directly to arrange this.

If classes are cancelled due to Lockdown rules changing you will be offered a full refund for your ticket. Yuup will contact you directly by email with what you need to do to get your refund or book your session in again with us.

RETURNS TO MY ONLINE SHOP

I do accept returns if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, however it is up to the buyer to cover the cost of the return postage. On receipt of this item back I will then refund your money to you. Should an item arrive damaged, you will need to provide me with photographs of the outside of the box and also the damaged contents - on receipt of these images I will then refund your money to you.

You have 14 days from the date the item has been shipped to you to contact me with regards to a return, or damaged item.

PARTY CANCELATIONS

I take the cost of the party cost up front to secure your chosen date. If you need to cancel the party you would need to let me know 2 weeks prior to the party date - in this case your money will be returned to you.

I can also arrange to transfer the payment over to another date for you, so that you are still able to have the party.

Any notification after 2 weeks prior to the party date will be left to my discretion to decide to refund or rearrange.

For parties the materials are prepped individually for each person so I need to make sure I have enough time to do the prep for you. This means I need to know a minimum of 48 hours a before the party the final numbers for how many people will be attending - For any guests that you book in for that are then not able to attend on the day or cancel within that 48 hour period I require you to pay for their ticket price. This is due to me receiving a lot of last minute cancelations - and once the clay has been prepped it can't be used again.

REDEEMING VOUCHERS

If you book in for a date - where you are redeeming a pre paid voucher, and then are unable to attend on that day I would need to know at least 1 week before the session.

If you notify me after the 1 week you will need to pay a surcharge of £15 to cover the cost of me finding you another booking and losing the opportunity to use that slot for someone else. I have been getting a lot of last minute cancellations and so this charge covers my time to reorganise. Thanks for understanding.

WHEN A REFUND IS ISSUED

In the eventuality that a refund is offered to you due to you cancelling the session or item from our online shop, you will be charged a small fee to cover the costs of me issuing this refund through my website and /or bank. Alice will inform you of how much this will be.

If the session is cancelled by Trylla due to unforeseen circumstances you will not be charged this fee.
